If you have booked a flight ticket with Aeromexico Airlines but now you want to cancel the flight because of the unforeseen problem or situation, you are allowed to cancel the flight any time before the scheduled flight departure.

If you cancel the flight booking with Aeromexico there might be a cancellation fee or not it depends on the condition of Aeromexico cancellation policy in which you are cancelling the flight

How do I cancel my Aeromexico ticket?

• If you are cancelling the flight within the 24 hours of the cooling-off period after the flight booking time providing the flight was booked at least 7 days prior to the flight departure, you don’t need to pay the cancellation fee and the full refund will be credited in the original form of payment.
• If the flight is cancelled after the 24 hours of purchasing the ticket, there will be a cancellation fee deducted from the ticket cost and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• If the flight cancelled was booked within 7 days of the flight departure, there will be a cancellation fee deducted from the ticket cost and the refund will be transferred in your travel bank which is good to use for the future flight booking(s).
• If there is no show and flight cancellation request, no refund will be generated.

Once you cancelled the flight and requested for the refund the amount will be credited in your bank within 7 working days if the payment was made by using credit/debit card and it will be transferred within 20 days when the payment was made by other methods.

• Then press on Manage My Booking option
• Fill out eTicket Confirmation Code and First & Last Name of traveler
• Now highlight the box before the flight which you want to cancel
• You will also have to submit Refund Form & answer on why you are cancelling your flight booking
